Absolutely incredible experience! 🦈🌊
What an absolutely mind-blowing experience from start to finish! I didn’t actually go into the cage myself, I went along for the boat ride and to watch my son take the plunge and dive with the sharks but even as a spectator, I was completely blown away.
Being out on the ocean, surrounded by such incredible creatures in their natural environment, was something I’ll never forget. Watching my son get into that cage and come face-to-face with the sharks was both nerve-wracking and absolutely amazing! Seeing his excitement and bravery made the experience even more special for me as his mom. 💗
The entire experience was exhilarating, beautifully organised and truly unforgettable. From the boat ride and the anticipation to finally seeing the sharks up close, it was one of those experiences that makes you stop and appreciate just how incredible the ocean and its wildlife really are.
Even though I stayed safely on the boat, I felt like I was part of the adventure every step of the way and watching my son experience something so extraordinary was honestly the highlight for me.

Did a hookah dive with White Shark Diving Company and it was incredible from start to finish. The crew was so professional, calm and reassuring - I felt safe the whole time.
We were lucky enough to see bronze sharks up close and it was absolutely breathtaking. Such powerful, beautiful animals. The visibility was great and the whole experience was so well organized.
If you're in Gansbaai, this is THE team to dive with. Respectful to the sharks, amazing with people. A bucket-list experience ticked off!

Went on a sea safari with Ivanhoe and what an experience! The boat, the crew, the knowledge - everything was top class.
We saw so much marine life and the guides were so passionate about the ocean and conservation. You can tell they really love what they do.
A must-do if you're in the area. Fun, informative and so well run. Thank you team!

It was an amazing Experience!!! Saw multiple sharks as well as huge sting rays and seals!!! I highly recommend!! The crew was very friendly and welcoming!! I wanna go straight back!!

The shark diving experience was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. It was truly a wonderful and unforgettable experience, allowing us to see sharks up close in their natural environment. Safety was clearly a top priority, so there was no need to worry. The safety briefing was conducted thoroughly, ensuring that all participants understood the procedures and felt confident before entering the water. Additionally, meals were provided both before and after the trip, making the experience fully inclusive and hassle-free. Overall, it was an excellent adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique marine wildlife encounter.

Very professional. Nice facilities. The simple breakfast and lasagna are nice touch. You're going to pretty much just see bronze whalers only but still a great experience. So sad for the white shark population. Our guide said he hasn't seen a white shark in 2 years. A bad day before 2018 orca attacks was "8 white sharks". Overall saw a giant sea ray, seals, and bronze whalers. Cool experience and if you drive yourself (very doable 2 hrs from Cape town) you can go to stranveld winery (southernmost winery of Africa) the cap agulhas then back along the whale coast. (We stayed in strand during our trip). Long driving day but fun and peaceful outside the hustle of Capetown.

Overall, a good attraction and we’re happy we did it. A small snack at the beginning and end of the trip, professional training and a knowledgeable guide. We were a bit unlucky because the water was slightly murky (which I know is not the organizers’ fault), but we still saw 8 sharks and a big ray.
My only concern is about the timing and group organization. The trip was supposed to start at 10:00. We arrived a bit early, but nothing really started until around 10:30. We left the harbor at 11:10, the cruise to the shark site took about 15 minutes, and we were back at 13:30. In total we spent ca. 1h45min at site.
Unfortunately, there were 30 people divided into 5 groups. We spent almost two hours on site, and I was assigned to group 5 and was in the water for only 7 minutes (my entire recording, including getting in and out, is 8.5 minutes). The crew explained that they try to make it equal for everyone, but the first group was in the water for over 20 minutes with sharks constantly swimming around them. Group 3 barely saw anything because there were no sharks at that moment. So it really comes down to luck.
Still, 7 minutes in the water is definitely too short for the big price paid.

One of the best experiences!
Shark diving with White Shark Diving Company was a very easy and fun experience. Felt safe at all times. Everything ran smoothly. They give you food and provide coats and wet suits. There's also the option to purchase the video!
Saw sharks, sting rays and seals!
I don't get motion sickness, but would reccomend taking some tablets, as some people were sick.

Amazing experience, surpassed my expectations.
The shark diving was incredible, saw lots of sharks that came right up to the cage. Had plenty of time in the water to get the full experience.
What was an added bonus was the trip to seal island where we saw 1000’s of seals, quite a mind blowing sight.
The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and it was interesting to hear more about the threat that sharks are facing when we returned to shore.
Must do experience if you are in the area and a nice drive out from Cape Town.
Highly recommended.
